As a company that puts human rights at the forefront and fulfills its social responsibilities in all management activities, AMAROS declares "human rights management that guarantees human dignity and values" and makes it a standard for judging behavioral norms and values that executives and employees must comply with, and pledges to practice them as follows ;
1. Supports/complies with international standards and norms such as the "UN Charter of Basic Human Rights, ISO 26000, SA 8000, GRI Standard" on human rights and comply with all domestic laws related to human rights protection.
2. Treats suppliers fairly, supports human rights management, and suspends transactions in the event of an anti-human rights act by suppliers.
3. Does not discriminate in terms of employment due to gender, disability, race, religion, nationality, region, social status, educational background, age, and political orientation, and provides a working environment of mutual respect and consideration.
4. Provides a safe and hygienic working environment to executives and employees.
5. Prohibits child labor and forced labor, including suppliers, and complies with all labor principles and labor-related domestic laws recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and ratified by the state regarding health/agenda/working environment.
6. Ensures freedom of association and collective bargaining of employees.
7. Respects the human rights of all stakeholders, including local residents, suppliers, and related organizations.
8. Shall comply with domestic and foreign environmental laws and endeavor to protect the environment and prevent pollution.
9. Takes the lead in human rights management through preventing human rights violations in advance, making efforts for active relief, and continuous human rights improvement activities.
